Ellie played tag rugby at U7’s alongside her older brother at Ivybridge RFC until someone’s Dad shouted at her for running in the wrong direction and she didn’t want to play rugby anymore. Then Ellie’s brother moved teams to Devonport Services RFC, so in the same season, at the age of 13, Ellie started playing there too because she always liked to copy her brother.
