Gwen started playing rugby when she was around 15, after playing football since she was 4 or 5. Sport always played a huge role in her life. Gwen’s love of sport led her to completing her degree in Strength and Conditioning, Rehabilitation, and Massage. Gwen continued playing and developing her rugby whilst at University, playing with the Ospreys and Uni team. She received her first welsh cap in November 2018. Gwen currently works as a personal trainer and online coach alongside playing rugby. Gwen is pursuing a career in health and fitness which she is very passionate about.
